Cleaning Mechanism
RXSOL Coal Stain Remover is intended to assist coal residue removal through several complementary cleaning actions.
Wetting Action: The cleaning solution penetrates deposits and helps wet fine coal particles adhering to surfaces.
Detergency: Suitable surfactants help loosen coal dust and associated oily contamination.
Dispersion: Fine particles are dispersed into the wash solution, reducing their tendency to remain attached to surfaces.
Soil Removal: Subsequent brushing or pressure washing carries loosened contamination away from the cleaned surface.
Stain Reduction: Repeated controlled cleaning may reduce persistent black staining, depending on the condition of the underlying coating.
The product is not intended to chemically dissolve elemental carbon. Cleaning relies primarily on wetting, loosening, emulsification of associated oils and physical removal of coal particles.
